Cannot sign in with Microsoft account

When I try to log in to XBox One with Microsoft account it says my account is already linked to another device and will not work. Works fine with someone else's account

I want to change my email associated to my account ?

I dd it a while ago pretty straight forward

Well, your account is silver so basically, if you're trying to play any multiplayer game, then that's not possible unless you subscribe to gold.

 

I am paying monthly for my account and have successfully played multiplayer Xbox live on my Xbox 360 this past week. When I went to input the same account onto my Xbox 1 so I could use the membership there (which I know is the correct login email), it automatically
made a new account for me with the same email and never acknowledged my old account and I have no way to recombine them. Thank you

 

Hey there, your account is also showing as silver. If this account is the one that is subscribed to gold, you should see your active subscription on this page.

But if you don't see any active subscription, then you're using the wrong account. If you're still able to sign in your profile on the 360 fine, you could check the correct email assigned to your account.
