    Cannot sign in to xbox account om pc


    I am trying to sign in to my Xbox account to the Xbox app in windows but as I made a new account for this computer I need to enter the outlook email and pass for my Xbox account. Now, I have the email, but the password has long been lost as it was my grandmother who set up the account probably about 10 or so years ago and forgot to write the password anywhere. The outlook email isn't actually used as the recovery email, my grandmother's old email that is no longer active is. have tried a few times to recover using the quiz or whatever it's called where you put in whatever information you cam remember, but it's never enough.

    Make sure to check your account via https://account.xbox.com/Profile if it's setup correctly. You may also sign in your account first to an Xbox app om mobile or PC then try relinking your account.

    Hi Cphelmut,

    When you sign in on the PC are you using the same log in to sign in the Xbox companion app? This is where the change in email may be affecting it. Make sure to sign in the Xbox app with the new email as well. Can also try the

    troubleshooting for issues signing in     om Windows 10.

    Cannot connect to MS game servers for Halo MCC or Halo Infinite since last year. Am I Banned somewhere?

    Oh yeah and I cannot access the Xbox app on PC. No matter how many accounts I create I cannot sign into the Xbox PC app only on my Phone. Again... the PC is shadow banned somewhere.

    HOWEVER your daughter can play it on her pc if you redeem it on your account but youe account has to be signed in on the Xbox app on her pc

    This means you cannot be signed in anywhere else including your console or pc
