Cannot Sign in to the app

Hi Exiled, Please try the following tips recommend by the developers to see if it may help with your issue:

Also, If you haven't already try using the Xbox App Beta to see if the same issue occurs. It typically runs the latest version of the app. You can DL the beta by going to the store on your PC and search for "Xbox App Beta".

I signed out on Microsoft Store App, and then signed back in using the same Microsoft account, but I cannot sign in on Xbox App it says, "We couldn't sign you in to Xbox live " and gives this error number: 0x8015DC0B.

If you changed the D.O.B. on the Account website, remember the Xbox site you are unable to change that one is fixed. For example if you have a birthdate originally put in that is under 18 that is why you are getting that message. On the other hand if the
original date of birth is over 18 it may have not graduated properly. We recommend you request a call back and a support agent can go over with you if the account is a child or adult account or if didn't graduate correctly.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
• Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips (don't select anything here)
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Make sure you Windows is updated fully and the try again.

To log into the app you will need to use your MS account to get the information you need for that account. I am not sure I am understanding what you are trying to do. Maybe you can explain it more fully.
