Cannot sign in to Microsoft Store and Solitaire Collection

I'm having the same issue. What's truly upsetting is I just purchased this PC a couple of days ago thinking I'd have more options in comparison to my MacBook. Sadly, I wish I would've remained team Apple. You'd think this issue would've been resolved
prior to releasing it. I hope they have a fix soon or I will be selling this PC and going back to Apple.

Based on this information, I can suggest this potential fix:

Step 1.
Press the Windows key + R key to open the Run window > type wsreset.exe > wait until the store opens automatically, and sign out of your account.

Step 2.
Press the Windows key + I to open PC Settings > Apps & Features > Installed apps > locate the Solitaire Collection app and go to advanced settings > click on “repair” and “reset”.
Open the Solitaire Collection app and sign out of your account if you're logged in automatically.

Step 3.
Restart your PC and sign in with the account that owns the Solitaire Collection subscription on both the Microsoft Store and the Solitaire Collection app.

How to fix error 404017 in Microsoft Solitaire Collection

1. Reset Store
2. Run app troubleshooter
3. Reset the MSC to factory settings and update it
4. Run SFC and DISM
5. Update Windows
6. Reinstall the game

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand have question on how to sign out of the Microsoft Solitaire collection. To do this all you need to do is sign out of the Xbox companion app. This will automatically sign you out of the Microsoft solitaire Collection.
