Cannot sign in to Live- Error Code 0x80a40019

You may want to try clearing the MAC address too. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.

Thank you for you response, I attempted this method last night and was not successful. After deleting the account from my Xbox and performing the restart I am unable to re-add my account.

- At "Who are you?" Screen

- Selecting "Add New"

- Long Circle Load Screen

- Receiving Error Message

"Try again later

There was a problem, and we couldn't continue. (0x80a40019)"

Thank you for your reply! After another restart my current network status reads-

NAT Type: Open

All services are available

However I am still unable to add my account to Live and am still receiving the error-

"Try again in a while

Sorry, looks like our service isn't working right. Etc"

As what has been said earlier, the issue lies with your Network blocking connectivity to Xbox Live. For the best gaming experience the NAT type should always be OPEN and UPnP is a network protocol that should be operating to allow a secure connection between
your router and the Xbox Live servers. Your NAT type is also dependent on the UPnP working correctly so this may be the reason you currently don't have an OPEN NAT type.

If restarting your router and modem for 5 mins did not help then you will need to go into your router settings and make sure the UPnP setting is turned on. If it's on, toggling the switch should usually solve this issue. Take a look at this support article

On my network screen I am seeing the following info-

IPv4 & IPv6

NAT Type: Moderate

UPnP not successful

Xbox.com/xboxone/UPnP

All services are available

- Performed the clear and restart.

- Rebooted internet connection.

Attempting to add account leads to the error message-

"Sorry, looks like our service isn't working right. Etc"
