    I recently bought Forza Motorsport 4, all is good, I use the in-game screenshot feature, the photo saves and says it is sent to their website, but when I go there and try to sign in it always comes up with "There was a problem retrieving your account
    information from Xbox LIVE. Please sign out and try again. Make sure to give Forza Motorsport permission to access your account information." I have tried to contact support many times and nothing has worked, Forza does not have any contact information, so
    this is my last resort. I am desperate for a solution

    No idea...perhaps it's a browser/OS issue? Or maybe try deleting cookies/cache. I'm using Firefox with Win8.1, and no issues whatsoever signing in to fm.net or viewing the gallery there.

    Could not view xbox.com using IE8 or IE9 after the forum update.

    It happened again this morning. I could not access xbox.com, forzamotorsport.net, or bungie.net. BUT i figured it out!!!!!

    If I go to http://forzamotorsport.net/ first, it will allow me to sign into all the other sites. If I go to the other sites first, it will not work.
