    Cannot sign in to contact microsoft


    I am trying to contact microsoft either for live chat or a call back about a XBox 360 controller warranty issue.

    I can sign into support using my email address and password but I cannot submit my query because I have not filled in the First Name and Last name boxes. Unfortunately it will not allow me to place my cursor in the relevant boxes to type.

    I request support for the repair of my xBox , I think my warranty has expired . But I do not mind paying parea repair. My problem is I can no longer juagr with HDMI, before if he could , he spent one month and now can not. I have asked several times online
    repair but when I put the second step ( exactly put my address ) sends me error , try again later , will this be why my Xbox is based in Spain ? and I am from Peru . Please help
