Cannot sign in or get to settings

Got home and turned on Xbox. Figured something was wrong because One Guide didnt have anything playing on it. Next, clicked left to pick a profile to sign in and it froze and gave me this error 0x8027025a. Tried power recycling by unplugging everything
from the Xbox and holding down the power button for 15 secs. Plugged everything back in and still that same thing. Chatted with Xbox Support and they said it was a Preview problem.

Is anyone else having this issue? Is it really a Preview problem?

cannot connect to xbox live

hello. i cannot connect to xbox live. i have gone to the network settings and tested the xbox live connection and that works but when i try to sign in to my xbox live it wont sign in. i get a message saying that it cannot connect to xbox live when i try

I responded to your other post as well, but is response to the Preview problem this is different. I am not apart of the Preview Program and I am also having a very similar issue.

Hey all, this can happen sometimes if apps aren't closed properly or if you might have switched games and apps quickly. Usually a full power cycle will resolve the issue, please take a look at this guide for some steps and let us know how it goes! Error

Hello, thanks for the reply, the problem is once you get to the sign in after all the set up it says it cannot log in to the account and I've done everything else to set it up properly. Essentially I have done all the set up, I then press sign in and it
has a progress bar and then comes up with the standard cannot connect to Microsoft account.

I got kicked out once again and cannot signed back in. There's no Error Code, but did get the message that says that I need to sign in after a 'while'. I've tested it and it says that it's connected (in other words, Good). I've disconnected wirelessly
and 'set up' the same network (the only one I have).

STILL CANNOT SIGN IN.
