Cannot Sign in on Xbox One

Hello,

When I try to sign in on my Xbox One I am getting the following error:

We couldn't sign you in. Try again in a few minutes, or check your account by signing in to account.live.com. Sign in: 0x80072ee7

I've tried a few times but I get the same error code. I was signing in no problem yesterday, only started this morning.

Account banned on 360 but cant sign in on xbox one

it said im gonna be able to sign in on xbox one, i only got banned on 360 but i cannot sign in on xbox one

anyone at moment can't sign into there gt on xbox live?

Try to sign out of your profile on the console , then back in...if that dosent work , remove the profile from the console , then shut everything down....when it's all back up. Re download your profile...

Xbox is just having a lot of problems these days, I'm just trying to wait it out as so far they ignore all my problems and redirect me to their directory to which I probably know every step by heart now. If this doesn't fix soon off to PlayStation for me.

So Microsoft xbox live is down again? Seems to be a recurring problem these days makes me wonder why I pay for xbox live, and also I pay 9.99 a month for the wwe network which I can't access now. So Microsoft are you gonna make this right or should I head
over to Sony from now on and cancel my xbox live?

All the Xbox services are currently up and running. I am not having any difficulties logging into live currently.

Did you try the suggestions that Bimnog suggested above?

I am having alot of the same issues with xbox and getting no answers from them and am also

Considering going to playstation I pay to much money for the xbox and the servers to not work

Properly and get the response check this forum this system is turning into a massive joke

OR am over priced paper weight

Thanks for your suggestion. Too bad that I still cannot sign in or access to xbox on windows as describe above. Not know how it happened, one day it just came up as cannot sign in.

Hey, everyone! Sorry to see any sign in issues!

For those that are still having sign in issues and can turn their console on, have you tried the following yet?

Remove your profile from the Xbox One
Sign in at account.microsoft.com and verify your information is correct (password, two factor, etc)
Download your profile onto the console again

Post back and let me know how that goes for you! If you're receiving specific errors, please post back with the error codes so we can dig into it further.

console won't turn on support article? Get back to me to let me know how that helps you out.
