cannot sign in my account because no information

i cant sign in my microsoft/xbox account because i dont remember the password and im also not sure if the email adress is the right one.

i filled out everything online i could but it is too less information i got. Its just too long ago and i have no notes.

my live account is still there and i gets paid via my credit card.

also called support but was no help to me...

please i just want to get my old account "WaliAl" back online so i dont have to make a new one

please anybody help

Can you sign in Xbox live with a different E-mail account?

So, I have already an Xbox Live user and my E-mail account I used to sign in Xbox Live is about to close. Can I use a different E-mail account to sign in Live with the same user?

It's important, because I have all my achievements/ plus friends in this user and I cannot try it out, because I have not created another E-mail account, yet.

How to Change your Xbox LIVE account information

Overview

It is possible to change information associated with your Xbox LIVE account like your name, address, phone number or email address.

Note: You cannot change the country that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. If you have moved to another country and you would like to access Xbox LIVE from there, you have to create a new Xbox LIVE account in your new location.

How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on Xbox.com

1) Go to My Account and Sign In with your Microsoft Account. (This is the email and password that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account).

2) Make the changes you want to your billings account information and then click Save.

How to Change your name, address, phone number or email on your console.

1) Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

2) Proceed to Settings, and then select Account.

3) Select Your Information, and then go to Billing Information.

4) Sign In with your Microsoft account password.

5) Change your billing account information and then click Done.

In case you want to change the billing name on your Xbox LIVE account, go to Xbox.com

got it, they told me i will get an email next 5 days with new code. was a bit complicating in chat with the support but shound work. Would be too sad to create a new account and losing all GS and Achievements...

This doesn't help because the app will not let me choose to sign into a different Microsoft account. I also cannot access the Choose an account screen shown in that page because when I choose to sign in, I am automatically signed into the account that
is not my main account and I am given no other options.

I had to create a new account in order to even reply to this. It is ridiculous that you need to sign in to get help because you can't sign in. And there is no one to speak to to get help either. I am a systems engineer and Microsoft certified and cannot believe the difficulty in getting help.

Anyway, I have credit cards, account information and all of my games that I have been playing on the account. I need to be able to get it back.
