Cannot sign in at Xbox App on PC

Hello everyone!

Today I tried opening the Xbox App, and somehow it forgot my Microsoft account, however, just partly. The thing is, under Settings, the app still recognize my Store account, and shows my Gamepass subscription, but it says I need to sign into my Microsoft account. The problem is, when I press Sign In, the app flashes, reloads itself, and nothing happens.

Anyone had similar problem? I already logged into my account in the browser, like the support page told, reinstalled the app, tried repairing it in advanced settings, but nothing changed.

Oh yeah and I cannot access the Xbox app on PC. No matter how many accounts I create I cannot sign into the Xbox PC app only on my Phone. Again... the PC is shadow banned somewhere.

There is no solution it's exactly as you been told

Gamepass cannot be shared on pc period HOWEVER JESSIE iS incorrect in a way

Yes it can't be shared however to download the game he must sign into the profile with gamepass and then download the game when done he MUST sign into his account on the xbox app not the PC

SO DONOT sign out of the pc just the xbox app

Then sign in as himself on the zbox app

HOWEVER your daughter can play it on her pc if you redeem it on your account but youe account has to be signed in on the Xbox app on her pc

This means you cannot be signed in anywhere else including your console or pc
