    Cannot sign in anywhere on my laptop


    Places that doesn't work right now:

    • Microsoft store cannot sign in
    • Xbox live cannot sign in
    • "Sign in with a Microsoft Account" under "Family and Other Users" shows "opos something went wrong"
    • "Email and Account", "access school and work", sign in options" doesnt even open, it just loads forever
    I just bought a 3 month xbox game pass and I am very upset that I just cant log in on my xbox live, any solution would helpful thank you!

    I signed back on to my laptop and I'm signed in as a random user, and I cannot figure out how to logout and log back in as my regular username. Can anyone help me?

    How do I download games from my Xbox One S to my Windows 10 laptop?

    Use the Microsoft Store app on the laptop and make sure you're signed into the same account that purchased the games. In the top right corners of the app, click the 3 dots and go to My Library and you should be able to find any purchases you have that can
    be downloaded to the laptop.

    You'll also want to verify that the games you're downloaded are Play Anywhere titles (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/xbox-play-anywhere) otherwise you will
    have to purchase the PC version in order to play them on the laptop.

    Hey Samy my games are always in windowed borderless I have a msi 1070 gaming laptop and this recently just started happening where when i click on my laptop monitor from my other monitor my pc freezes and i can still hear everything and click and pause a youtube video nothing else works i cannot do anything i am forced to restarting my pc but everytime it does it again everytime i click on my second monitor and cannot find the issue anywhere know anything i could try?

    only the purchasing gamertag can use the content anywhere and download it anywhere as long as he/she is signed into live

    Is it a play anywhere game, some games have separate versions on Xbox and PC.

    If it is play anywhere have you tried searching the store on your laptop to install it, it will not automatically install on your laptop.
