Cannot share videos uploaded from Upload Studio if voiceover is included

    Cannot share videos uploaded from Upload Studio if voiceover is included


    I've been facing the same problem. Can't find a fix either. If I upload without a voiceover it's sharable, but with one I get the same error message each time suggesting to try again later. Never works.

    I can create clip compilations and share with friends just fine as long as there is no voiceover added. If I edit and add voiceover to videos I get an error message that says "something went wrong" and "sorry we can't share this right now, try again in a

    Have you found a fix? I also can never share my clips after i add a voiceover. Same error message. I've had this problem forever and no one, not even customer support was able to help me or tell me why I can't share any clips with voiceover. Extremely upsetting
    because no one else seems to be having this problem. I've deleted the app and reloaded it and it didn't fix it. I've got all of my settings to open and everyone I just can't share a clip with voiceover. It's not just my account either. Everyone who uses my
    xbox also can't share clips with voiceover. If anyone knows what's wrong or how to fix please help!

    Hello SuperSmitty,

    I have split your post into its own thread in order to help you out directly. This may have something to do with your privacy settings on your Xbox one. In your Xbox privacy settings, I recommend going into the "Game Content" subsection to make sure everything
    is allowed for everyone. Afterwards, try to upload a clip again and see if it resolves.

    Aside from that, do you get an error code to go along with the error message?

    Upload Studio Won't Share

    I have a solution for you.

    1. Make your video

    2. Record your voiceover

    3. Select Finish

    4. Upload to Upload Studio and OneDrive (optional)

    5. When finished go to Manage my clips

    6. Select the video.

    7. Select edit

    8. The video will load into the first clip section.

    9. When it has finished press Finish

    10. Upload it to Upload Studio for the second time (you wont need to upload to OneDrive again so deselect that)

    11. Now when you go to Manage my clips you will be able to share your video

    12. Delete the first upload.
