Cannot share videos after editing with UPLOAD STUDIO and adding voiceover...

Not sure if this is happening with anyone else, or it might just be purposefully restricted by Microsoft with a very vague error message... But when I edit a video using the UPLOAD STUDIO app I want to share it with my homies, but
before I can select any share methods it comes up with a message saying "cannot do this at this time, try again later" or some BS (no error code). I am able to share edited videos without adding a voice over just fine... not sure if this is a bug or deliberate.
Can someone else test this please?

I recently discovered a really bad problem, after editing my videos with studio upload and sending them to xbox live, I could not even share the one drive or message, an error message appears, and I practically lost all the videos because I can not share or
download on pc

This happen with every clip and every game you record a clip from?

How many different games/clips have you tested so far?

Let's be sure to have you power down the console, unplug it for about 5 mins, and then plug the console back in and power it back on.

Then record a new clip and try once more.

I have tried this on several clips of different games and also tested different resolutions. Any time I add a voice-over to a clip using upload studio it does not show up in my profile nor can I share it by any means... I've tried

Do you have a PC you could test recording a clip on with the app?

We want to see if this is isolated to the console or the account.

If not let's be sure and try a
soft factory reset, on step seven make sure that you select keep games and apps.

 

I do not think this app works on PC, unless it requires windows 10, I'm using Windows 7.

Before I do a factory reset and lose all my settings I'll try to ask a friend to see if the same thing happens since nobody here seems to be able to test it............. just to be clear this problem only happens when I add a VOICE-OVER in upload studio.

 

You would need Windows 10 to use the app, unfortunately.

Let us know how that test goes and let us know if the reset helps at all.

 

I have the same problem! Opened a post yesterday in General apps.

I tried a Reset and many other things. Please Support, look at my post.

To Lanky: I use the MS Chat Headset for recording. What do you use?

Already tried it yesterday on a different Xbox, same problem!

It looks like a problem with the account.
