Cannot set an Xbox Gametag

There is probably an issue going on right now with gamertags since a few users just started complaining about it. I would suggest you to wait a few hours to see if the issue goes away.

I reset the xbox and now cannot access our gametags.

Hi merry Xmas.ive bought a xbox s for one of my sons and set it up .he used another xbox with his brother and they had 2 gametags on his brothers on the same gametag how do I get both on the new one I've logged in and it will only log in one gametag????

microsoft cannot do much as if there is no proof this could be abused to get free gametag changes sorry

We finally figured it out, but it's not intuitive. We had been playing under one gametag, and I had set up my golfer under my wife's login in TW - PGA 13. To use another controller, I had to set up a separate Xbox Gametag for myself, then go into TW PGA
13 and create a new golfer under that gametag. To play, we each have to log in to XBox separately with our own controller. Then, after going into the TW PGA13 Game, I have to go to "My Golfer" - "Manage Golfers" - and load the golfer that I created under my
own gametag. Finally, when we choose the game and # of players and set up each player, I have to "press Y - change controller". Then, and only then, does my newly created golfer from my own gametag appear and can be controlled by my own controller.
