Cannot send messages or talk in party chat after my ban.

hello. I got banned 2 weeks ago on my main account then on my second account and after I got unbanned 12 hours later I still cannot send send messages or talk in party chat on any Xbox account I have even if I create a new one. I have already tried holding
the power button and changing my communication setting to block then back to everyone and it doesn't work.

Don't know what to do.

My xbox got a communication ban it's over now but I can't talk in party chat or send messages my gamertag is please help.

i cant send messages or talk to people in party chat after my communication suspension. i dont know who to talk to i need help

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.

We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The primary place for further
information will be our Xbox Enforcement page
while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with our phone or chat support team through our
Contact Us page to inquire
if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

I was banned for no reason. It doesn't let me talk in party chat or send messages

Few things to note:

If someone is breaking the rules, report them and do not reply or engage with them in any way.
Enforcement history goes after 12 months after the ban has finished.
Communication bans usually last 24 hours the first time you break a rule you will not be able to: Send messages, talk in-game, talk in party chat, or otherwise communicate with other users even if they are on your friends' list.
If you send a message to someone and they report it the automated system will check the message and see if it was in violation then issue a ban if necessary if the automated system cannot tell if it is in violation of a rule then a member of the enforcement
team will review and issues a ban if necessary.

Sorry for the late reply.

I did further testing and found out that I am still able to send messages to those on my friends list, but I cannot send messages to those who aren't on by either the 360 or Xbox.com. I not sure if I am under a communication ban, for I don't remember ever
getting an email saying I was, and that I can still talk to those not on my friends list in party chat.
