    Cannot send messages or chat in a party


    I recently got a message from xbox a couple of days ago as i was 'using inapropriate language' to another random gamer. Now i cant send messages or chat in a party. Can someone help me find out how long i am banned for?! 'You cannot send messages due to
    bad behaviour'.

    My Xbox Live account was banned for 2 weeks, and I was not able to use any communication features or play games online. Now that the suspension period has ended, I can once again play online games, yet I cannot send messages or communicate within a party.
    When sending messages, the error message still appears: "Choose something else to do. Because of your past behavior, you can't send messages." --My suspension is over and this is still occuring. It is very frustrating and I would like it resolved, and I am
    tired of there never being any answers.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    For more info you need to go to the enforcement site
    here     where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    If nothing is showing there then contact support
    here     & they may be able to see if you have had a extension placed on your suspension.

    People aren't receiving ban when I report them.

    in game chat can be recorded as that is not encrypted, private party chat cannot, all messages are cached and stored for a limited time. some in game chat systems cannot be access by Microsoft as the chat service is on a separate server like cod or many third party games, they then are moderated by the respective dev/publisher who can then either ban you from that particular game or send Microsoft a message stating so and so on your network did so and so in game.
