    Cannot send messages from Xbox One


    Hello,

    I have my Xbox One now for almost one year. I also have Gold Membership. So at the start I had no problems sending messages to my friends via Xbox, but after a month or so, it wasn't possible anymore.

    I thought someone banned me for whatever stupid reason and I decided to wait it out.

    It's been 10 month now and I would really like to send messages again.

    What can I do, pls?

    It wont let me send messages

    ive recently added my account from xbox 360 to xbox one. And ive descovered i cannot send messages from my account anymore. Which makes it difficult to socialize with my friends as i play games. It gives me an error message saying i cannot send messages
    from my account and tells me to try adding my phone number, i did so and it still will not work. Please help.

    I can't send any messages on my Xbox one and I don't know why.

    Every time I try to send a message from my Xbox one it says "Cannot send message", I tried to fix it by doing what it told me to do but it still won't work. Help?

    Firstly I would suggest having a look at this link: Why can't I send messages?

    It also might be worth trying to remove your profile from your account and then re-adding it

    If that doesn't work then let us know and we can take it from there

    If your still having issues try resetting the xbox by hitting the keep all my games and apps reset if it don't work that way try fully reset by removing everything if problems still occur contact xbox support at support.xbox.com
