Cannot send messages and disconnects

I cannot send messages to people. Every time I want to message someone I get "cannot send this message" and regardless of how many times I click the "send" button I get the same message. I get disconnected randomly from XBL. I tried deleting my profile,
clear the console's cache, restore network settings, delete system update

I am the same. New account that can receive but not send messages on xbox one s. Support awful. Did you get this resolved? If so can you share how?

I did that Cerb, every time I posted about this issue I get told the same and everyone disappears. It has nothing to do with the connection. It is a fault inside the system.

 

An explanation of this may be that most of the 360 servers have been omptimized for Xbox One, and they have kind of left us in the dark. Many people are having this problem. Sorry about this.

 

The problem is about a year now. Doubtful that would be an explanation.

 

Hey again, Metaphorically! When you said that you've posted about this before, I looked up your previous threads and found this one
HERE.

Looking at your posts in that thread, I see that you mention that you're "a tad bit avoided". This could very well be the source of the issue. Do you have any issues sending messages to Gamertags on your friends list? If not, and you only have issues sending
messages to non-friends, then your reputation could be the reason why.

I'll bubble this up to the right teams and see what I can find out. =)

 

My Profile on the Xbox console is avoid about 80% or something. But when I looked up on the website
https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and viewed my reputation, it says that I am a "good player." Actually I never went under the light green in the graphical representation.

Hello Cerb, so far it seems to have been resolved. I sent a random "hello" message to multiple people on my "recent played list" throughout the past few days and I didn't get the error.
