Cannot select Multiplayer in Options

There is just the error message, no ErrorCode is added. The complete error message is "Can't authorize the selected payment option. Please select a different option or add a new one.". That's all the information I have unfortunately.

Phone support could do nothing more than escalate it to the advocacy team. It seemed that after multiple payment attempts I got an automated account lock. This resulted in the error without ErrorCode and also prevented me from purchasing anything. The default
procedure for this lock is as follows;



The automatic account lock (recognizable through the error "Can't authorize the selected payment option. Please select a different option or add a new one." without an error code) should resolve itself after 48 hours. If it takes longer than the 48 hours
it should, you should contact your local phone support and ask them to escalate your payment lock to the advocacy team. They will probably ask you to test a couple of things before finally escalating it, but this seems to be the way.



Hope that other people can use this explaination to fix their issue as well.

I've waited the 48 hours and it is still telling me the same message is there a way for me to contact microsoft directly and ask them to allow to payment?
