    Cannot select anything on friends' gamercards

    Xbox Series X controller

    I have the new dashboard, but this problem popped up several weeks after I got it, so I don't think that's related.

    When I open my friends list and browse my friends, I'm able to do all of that, and can click to open their gamercard, but when I do, there is no "selector" on it. I can see all of the options, where I would normally go to see what party they're in, join
    it, etc, but there is no highlight or anything for me to use to select anything.

    I'm able to join party/game invites with no issues, and I'm able to send party/game invites using the hardware buttons on the controller while I have their gamercard open with no problem. I just can't take any actions on their gamercards.

    Any ideas on how to fix this? It's really annoying.

    Cannot select anything from home screen!?!?!

    Can you try holding the power button on the console until it shuts down and then unplug everything from the console for 5 minutes to see if that helps?

    Never heard of anything like that, clearly support haven`t either as they are the ones that are supposed to help you, not us.

    You can remove friend requests via this site and then block the offending member.

    Just click on your own gamercard, then click on the friends tab and the request should be there.

    From there you can deny the request and block him.

    Also remember the ingame link to report on the gamertag. Highlight there name, view gamercard and select report player
