Discus and support Cannot see my xbox on hdmi input anymore in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; suddenly I cannot see my xbox on TV hdmi input.     Cannot see my xbox on hdmi input anymore


    suddenly I cannot see my xbox on TV hdmi input. Tried switching to a different hdmi input, changed hdmi cable, changed TV, reset xbox but nothing works. Does it mean that the xbox is busted. It's only 6 months old and hardly used.

    Running sound through an amplifier

    You have a couple of options, depending on the type of AMP you have.

    If your AMP can handle HDMI input AND HDMI outputs, then run the xbox to the appropriate HDMI input and connect the TV to the HDMI output. Select the appropriate input on the AMP, and you should be set.

    If your AMP cannot handle that, then just run the HDMI from the XBOX to the TV and the optical from the XBOX to the AMP. Set the AMP on the appropriate input on the AMP, and you should be set.

    xbox slim problem

    Try different inputs for the HDMI. The HDMI cable is a different input channel (eg. input channel 1-6 - my input for HDMI (and I have 7 of them) is input 6 whereas the input for the regular cable is input 2).

    Also, with HDMI the xbox will not start up until it is on the proper channel.

    Heya, if you haven't already check out the guide to having a
    blank screen     while the Xbox is powered on. If you are unable to get the image back up on the TV the console may need repair which will be the final step in the linked guide.

    Laptop HDMI's are output only, not inputs. An Xbox console cannot be connected to a laptop HDMI. They can, however, be connected to a TV or monitor.

    Hello I see you having a problem today. If your Xbox 360 is HDMI input and your computer has an HDMI input you should be ok. This is a rather simple question. Basically if there's an in There's an out so if your Xbox has HDMI and your computer does you can
