Cannot see my kids

I have three kids which I have setup Xbox Live accounts for. They are all member of the family so my wife and I can manage there privacy settings.

Problem is neither of us can see when they are online. The youngest can see when we are all online but none of us can see him. The next youngest can see the oldest, his mother and I but the three of us cannot see him. The oldest can see her mother and I
but not her brothers. My Wife and I cannot see any of the three of them. It is very odd and very frustrating because we would like to be able to start playing together. We have three Xbox One consoles in the house and wanted to play Halo 5 together but couldn't
because we could not get a party going.

Cannot administrate my kids account

I have been trying to get my family settings to work for hours. My kids both have accounts and in Microsoft live I can see them as familiy members, but when I try to administrate their rights in Xbox they are not there.

Child is missing in Xbox Online but present in Microsoft Family

I added the account for one kid some time ago and for another one - today. 2nd one - works as described.

In the first case it's all corrupted.

I cannot see the 1st "child" gametag in mu XBox privacy settings.

But, even if I remove the 1st "child" from the "family", he still cannot edit XBox settings.

I removed/re-added child account from the family, but nothing changes.

As a software developer I recon this cannot be fixed on my side, so I'll wait 2-day in case some DB replication is needed, and most probably I will have to create completely new account for my kid.

You can view and edit your family members accounts here:
account.xbox.com/.../Settings

You will want to scroll down and look for 'See if you're online (Xbox 360: Online Status)' and tick this to 'Everybody'

 

Also< I would like to add that you can check to see if the show offline option might be changed. Select your profile and if it says appear online then the accounts have been showing offline. Just simply select the option to appear online again.
