    Since last week, i cannot see my friends online, i did a hard reset and removed and add my profile as suggested by xboxbox support and now i lost all my friends on my friends list. I know they are still my friends because when they are going online, i received
    a notification.

    What can i do?

    Account is signed in yet Games and Live Service telling me otherwise

    I unplugged it for 10 minutes and plugged it back in, same issues.

    I removed profile and after waiting nearly 24 hours I was finally able to add my profile back, same issues.

    Every time I start the device it changes between mountain time and est

    It signs me in, network connection says it's okay, nat says it's open, but i cannot see friends online or use anything such as edge browser, youtube.

    Sometimes an update is pending, other times it says the update failed; i double checked and it says it is running the latest software.

    The one time i was able to add my profile back apps like youtube and preview dashboard actually loaded, since then these will not open, rather they open up and then immediately close.

    Unchecked auto update and re-checked it to see if that forces an update.

    If this doesn't work i will back games up to external drive and reset to factory settings..

    My Community feed doesn't update properly.

    About week ago i noticed that my own feed in community section does not updated after i got achievements or make video clip. Now even my friends updates doesn't appear correctly in community section. Bytheway, if i go directly in my profile, there i can
    see all my activity notifications - achivements, clips, screenshots. I try logout, hardreset, deleting my profile - still have problem.

    I tried rebooting and hardresetting but the achievement app still appears. Since my friends also have this problem, I think I need to wait for the next update to solve it.

    This is an issue that we're aware of and it's being looked into by the appropriate teams. When we get more information to share, I'll post back in here and let you know. In the meantime, can you try

    re-adding your profile to your console     to see if that helps at all?
