Cannot see my child on my Xbox account

    Hi,

I have registered my child with an MS account and joined that account to my MS 'family'

    (mine is the parent account)

However, when I log into xbox live, I cannot see my child's account profile next to mine. I am attempting to manage content and privacy for my child, but seem unable to access the child account from mine (parent).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Cannot see my child on my Xbox account ;)

    :)

  2. Can't add a child to my xbox family

I am the parent. My account exists on both microsoft and xbox. I have a child account, which exists on both microsoft and xbox. The child account is a member of my microsoft family. The child is NOT a member of my xbox family. I cannot figure out how
to add the child account to my xbox family. I don not have an xbox console.

  3. Gamertag missing

    To make the story short:

    - a did a mistake removing from family the account of my child

    - I added back the account and changed email to a new one

    - both accounts (child and parent) see each other as family members

    Problems:

    - parent privacy & security settings : cannot see my child's gamertag

    - child - privacy & security settings : I get an error

    - child - change gamertag: error too

    - parent can log in to xbox live

    - child cannot log in xbox live: error says parent account is not valid

Help to solve this mess is needed!!!

    Thanks,

    Cri

    Hey Matt -

To clarify, you're saying that when you're trying to change your
    child's privacy settings
, you do not see the Gamertag associated listed? If that's the case, take a peek at the guide that outlines what to do when a

child account is missing from family
    .

    Hopefully that helps! :)

    Cannot see child account

Hi Alan, my name is Rodrigo.

I am sorry to hear that.

    Please, follow these steps:

Sign in to the app with an organizer’s Microsoft account, and then select Continue.

Select the green Accounts icon in the top-right of the Family screen, and then select Add child > Add existing account.

Enter the email address of the member whom you want to add, and then select Send invitation > Done.

To join the family group, the invitee must open the email invitation that was sent to their email, select Join now, and then follow the onscreen instructions. Make sure that they verify that the correct account is signed in when following the instructions.

After the user confirms joining the family group, pull down on the Family screen of the app to refresh the list of users.

Select Finish setting up under the newly added account, and then follow the onscreen instructions to customize the settings for that account (such as age, content restrictions, and social and multiplayer privileges).

    Select All done.

When you return to the Family screen, verify that the account appears under Member for their role in the family group.

Cancellation of child profile Fortnite Crew subscription impossible - HELP PLEASE

Had this been resolved, I have same issue. On child accounts within Xbox settings nothing is visible within subscriptions (also child billing associated to my email and credit card). Also on ms account online, nothing visible within subscriptions on the associated child member accounts. Epic games account also shows nothing within subscriptions (within my account it does show my previous cancelled subscription - done direct within Fortnite for an adult).

Any help appreciated, simply cannot see the child subscriptions anywhere.

Where exactly is the Ask to Buy feature? I cannot see these words anywhere on either mine or my child’s accounts. Not on family either.
