cannot see my child account in the list, it shows only mine

I want to manage my child account so I can enable him to play Minecraft with friends to play with me.

I create his account and mine and set him as my child. Everythings seems ok, I can see him in the Microsoft settings, but not in the Xbox settings.

The Xbox privacy settings shows only me.

It seems to be the same issue as the following:

Kids xbox live account problem : MCPE

What can I do to play minecraft with my son?

Can't manage child account

Hello. Trying to manage my child's Xbox account online. Started by adding the account to mine and it accurately shows up as child under Family with me as adult. I then go Xbox settings in my account and only see my GamerTag. I therefore cannot manage my
child's settings. Is there a step I need to go through to add her GamerTag? Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Cannot see my child on my Xbox account

Hi,

I have registered my child with an MS account and joined that account to my MS 'family'

(mine is the parent account)

However, when I log into xbox live, I cannot see my child's account profile next to mine. I am attempting to manage content and privacy for my child, but seem unable to access the child account from mine (parent).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Where exactly is the Ask to Buy feature? I cannot see these words anywhere on either mine or my child’s accounts. Not on family either.

How to add family members into your family: Sign in here Account Microsoft -> Family -> ADD CHILD OR ADULT

Note: only adults can add or remove accounts from family.

I already have done that, but i just can`t see them in mine xbox live profile i also checked if mine personal settings are correct. but now i havent got any clue what to do.

You have to clarify on what you mean, you cannot see their accounts/gamertags? be able to login to them? on your friends list?

First when i login with mine account in the family page i can see mine 2 childeren and my wife, i already added them.

Then when i log into xbox account and go to xbox preferences, --> privacy settings i only see mine gamertag.

When i log into 1 of my childeren accounts, i see the family page on microsoft, but when i go to xbox preferences i see the profile of mine child, but when i go to privacy, then i got a page with 2 error codes.

and the browser page is called "www.xbox.xom/nl-NL/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-child-to-family-account-online"

But i can see them on the family page of microsoft, i can`t solve this problem.

The adult account is and the child account is XIII Whipwreck.

The child account does not appear under the Family while logged into the adult account, but I can see listed as the adult account for XIII Whipwreck while logged in as the child account.

There's some sort of bug where I cannot change the settings and it has restricted buying DLC on the child account. I have no issues on the Xbox 360 with buying off the marketplace, only

off the Xbox One do I have issues
