Cannot see Dragons Teeth in in-game store after purchasing Premium.

Bought Premium today, but in the in-game store where one would download all the DLC, Dragons teeth doesn't show, instead Naval **** shows up twice, with DT's poster next to it, obviously where DT should be available..

Was in contact with EA's support, wich of course was outsourced to some company who answers questions about anything, therefore lacking the experience to provide a satisfactory degree of customer support, as always.. Just gives you that warm, fuzzy feeling
that EA really cares about the people lining their pockets with gold, right?

They however told me that this is an problem from Microsoft, not EA, so I was wondering if someone else here on the forums has experienced this, if it will be fixed etc?

I am currently experiencing the exact same problem as you and have spent all day trying to find a solution. If you find anything out please let me know. I'll do the same.

 

I'm on chat right now to Microsoft. They say they haven't encountered this problem before! A google search suggests otherwise!

Anyway, I'm being told to download it from the store and pay for it and they'll refund it.

 

I don't have the money on my account to buy it from the store I only put enough in to get premium.

 

Paypal / credit card works too.

 

hmm, I kinda dont want to spend more money after spending a considerable sum on getting Premium, and refunded how? I only use burner credit-cards for Microsoft transactions, for alot of reasons..

Paying and getting refunded sounds like a hassle or hussle if you ask me, especially considering their Marcus Kincaid policy of "No Refunds."

But thank you for sharing a possible solution, I am just hoping they would patch it or something..
