Cannot see child in privacy settings on xbox.com

I have a child who is setup and visible in my Microsoft family, however not seen in Xbox family. I have gone round and round looking for why this might be and got knowwhere.

Have checked country settings on both accounts and they are correct. Only my gamer tags is shown in the privacy settings.

I need to setup privacy settings of his account as recent update to Minecraft pocket edition now is preventing him from network game even on local LAN.

Also could not use chat support option as my first and last name are not complete and greyed out, so cannot enter them and therefore cannot submit form. Checked Microsoft billing details and set following another forum post.

Any ideas as have son very annoyed at Microsoft!

I cannot manage my childs xbox privacy settings. My childs microsoft account is member of my Family (on the Microsoft Account page), but his gamingtag does not appear in manage privacy settings on account.xbox.com - please help

 

Account says I'm a child account, although I'm not.

Whenever I try to change my settings through aka.ms/accountsettings , it always leads me to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...ge-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings . Although I am an adult account,
I cannot access any of the links on this page OR xbox.com that would let me change my privacy settings. Any help?

Also if you wanted to update your name on your MS account, you can do so following the steps at this link:

Yes. When I goto privacy settings only my gamer tag is shown and not the child one.

For the name issue the name is set but the chat form does not populate.

I'm having the same problem. My kids have gamer tags and Microsoft accounts in my family but I don't see them on the Xbox privacy settings page.

 

Found if I logged in to my son'so account could get chat and option to call for phone support.

When called they confirmed there was an issue with the xbox family. However no option to fix via the website you have to delete and re-add to xbox family (not Microsoft family) using a xbox.

The guy fixed this over the phone and now can see child through the website.

 

I have the same issue and I don't have an Xbox Console. I just want to play Minecraft PE with my child.
