Cannot search The Raven error code 200 and can't download off the Xbox live site

This problem started two weeks ago when Xbox first made a major system update. I can search anything else on Bing, but when I click on the search result The Raven (when typing in The Raven), it comes up saying error code service 200. After clicking ok,
it says to search internet explorer on it. Then, when I get on about 6 days later, another major update was put on (I can tell it's a major update when it says 'updating from Xbox live', then goes back to regular updating). The search came up with the same
error code after than major update. Then, I tried downloading it from the web site xbox.com and it says it cannot be purchased by a child or teen. My birthdate on my account clearly shows that I am over 21. Why were there so many updates and why is it that
you have to search for the free game to download it and it doesn't work? I am using Firefox and have not had this problem previously. In fact, last month, I was able to get Red Faction Guerilla which is rated M for mature with no problem. Please help
resolve this as I am afraid my free Raven game will expire if this is not resolved quickly.

help new 360 update failed w/error code

Help, not finding anything in search. tried MS support suggestions with no help. Just bought a new xbox and have had numerous consoles so not new to xbox. selected the update after logging into profile and the console froze. I only have access to a MAC but I am sure the file downloaded from the MS site is on the USB drive now getting the same bs error code.

Switch consoles and can't download profile to this system, its telling me that xbox live cannot download profile at this time error code 80070005. Any suggestions

As for The Raven. Which country do you live in and which country is your gamertag set for? The game is no longer available as a Game With Gold offer now but we should try and solve the issue anyway.

 

Hey onyx--thx for replying. The main problem is I get error code 200 when I search for "The Raven" only--I can search for other things with no problem. It seems pretty cheap to have people search for it and the error code comes up instead of the game.
I kept getting the error code when I did a search, so I couldn't download it.

When I tried looking for the game on the computer (Firefox v 34--internet explorer won't display secure sites or images), I got the "The connection is untrusted" for live.xbox.com.

Also, the child thing shouldn't be the issue since I've already downloaded mature and teen items.

I'm in the U.S. and that's what my gamertag has.

Please explain why (for two weekends), I've had that same error code, which prevented me finding the game to download it.
