Cannot save games

I’m playing Zoo Tycoon on a new Xbox One X. I get an error simply saying there was an error saving the game. This is the only game installed, so disk is almost empty. Internet connection is fine (in case it was required). How do I proceed?

cannot delete game save...

Hello,

So, I followed the steps to delete/uninstall a game save a few times, but it doesn't seem to work... Most of the time when I go to the "manage game"(or whatever it says) window it doesn't even give me the option to delete or delete saved data, just the
"uninstall" option... I somehow did manage to have the delete game option appear once so I selected that option(delete), only to have my game upload/reinstall the same way as before I uninstall/deleted it... the game is ProjectCARS...

The reason I have to delete it and start over from the beginning is because when it starts for the first time it gives the player the option to choose a skill level(novice, amateur,expert). I chose the wrong skill level(amateur, I needed to choose expert).
But, I can't change my skill level unless I delete my game save and completely start over from scratch, when it gives me the option to choose a skill level...

any assistance will be appreciated...

Do a Power Cicle on your Xbox, press and hold Power Button for 10 seconds and wait 2 minutes then turn Xbox on again.

 

If this doesn't so try to put your console in offline mode and the game will be saved only in your Xbox, when You connect to internet again It will save in the cloud

 

Do a hard reset on your Xbox

 

Thanks for your help. Tried both and have not been able to make it to work. Also not working is synchronizing after logging off from my account and logging back in.

The game (Zoo Tycoon) does not allow me to play in offline mode.

 

Have you already tried reinstalling the game?
