    Cannot run any apps downloaded with Xbox Gamepass (AOE4, FH5)


    Tried booting the following apps, and have received the following errors:

    Age Of Empires IV:


    Cannot run any apps downloaded with Xbox Gamepass (AOE4, FH5) [​IMG]


    Forza Horizon 5:


    Cannot run any apps downloaded with Xbox Gamepass (AOE4, FH5) [​IMG]


    I am logged in via the Microsoft Store, and the Xbox app.

    This happened right after Forza Horizon 5 crashed, and now I cannot boot anything.

    Things I've tried:

    - Repair / Resetting both games

    - Restarted computer a few times

    Do I have to uninstall both games?

    It's an issue on the Xbox network that is affecting players' ability to open games. Xbox has already confirmed the issue and is investigating and should resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Multiple games crashing on boot or refusing to load.

    I appreciate the effort but this isn’t the issue. As other games work without issue aoe4 for example and anything not running on gamepass.

    Xbox Game Pass PC Games re-downloading for updates

    Same issue with AOE4. Redownloading whole game 1 week after first download. This is silly MS not responding and resolving. We will also be cancelling Gamepass if it happens again.
