    Cannot restart


    Hi I started my Xbox One. Unfortunately the "updating" process ,though I tried 4 times never finished. İt terminated roughly 80% into the update. I tried the hard reset. Now it appears that my TV does not recognize the console. HDMI2 looks passive, although
    all cables are properly connected. The power button lights up but the intensity of the light fluctuates. I need urgent help, thanks.

    Cannot restart

    I'd recommend trying other HDMI ports on your television and possibly another cable. If the issue persists try on another television. If that doesn't work, it's likely that your console is fried.

    I had tried to eliminate external factors myself before. After your suggestion I tried once again. HDMI ports and cable change don't change the outcome. Since I don't have another TV at home I could not test that one, but honestly there is no chance that
    my TV is not working properly. Result, it's likely that the console is fried.

    1- What may have caused it to fry ?

    2- İs it possible to repair this " being fried" state ? OR

    3- Does it mean, I should say good-by to the console ?

    Offline update worked!!!!

    Had to format my flash drive to NTFS, then the updates started and installed.

    Faced the problem of the box shutting down in between, but once it was manually started, the "Apply update" stage resumed.
