cannot request replacement series 2 controller

4 month old controller has bad stick drift and is also has delayed response. tried to request replacement and it keeps saying there is a problem on their end try again later, have tried for 2 days. tried a service and repair order and when i get to the
final step it brings me back to the start. i'm tired of reentering my info over and over and not work. my first elite controller lasted 4-5 years, this one barely 4 months. waste of $250

Did same with me, use a different browser, would not work on chrome, had to use Edge (ugh) but it did got thru the final step.

This did not work, I also noticed that if I shut off the XBOX One X it disconnects this controller and I have to reconnect it on startup. This does not happen with my other controllers just the Elite series 2 one.. I'll request a replacement

Since the Elite Series 2 has the battery built in, then you cannot change them. If the controller is constantly disconnecting, and you have no issues with your other controllers, then you are better off taking it back and either get a replacement or money
back.

I have the Xbox Series 1 and 2. My controllers dont have aby problems of drift. If you controller have it check your warrant so you can request a replacement.

Remember yiu have only 90 days of warranty with Xbox Accessories!

Turns out, the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller needed to be replaced.
