Cannot request refund, submit button is grayed out.

I've been trying for hours to refund DLC for a game on Xbox One that I do not own but the Submit button is grayed out and I cannot submit it even though I've filled out every box. I've tried refreshing and doing it all again but
that doesn't work.

I thought I purchased a game (Dragon Ball Fighterz) but apparently, I only got the demo when I very clearly spent money and it said I owned the full game. So I spent the rest of my money on the DLC for the game but after a few hours the demo ended and I couldn't
play. I don't have any more money to buy the game so now I have a bunch of DLC that cost about 30 dollars that I cannot use. Can someone please help me? The virtual assistant is completely useless and anytime I try to contact an actual Microsoft employee it
says I have to wait several hours.

Please attempt to view these recent purchases within your Microsoft order history, which will give you
a direct link to request a refund if available.

Have you attempted a different web browser? If not, try this out as well as review the steps provided by our
Request an Xbox digital product refund support article.

Try this all out for us, and then let us know the results.

you cannot refund add-on (dlc or more).

Contact Microsoft employee pls.

I tried both of your suggestions and the same thing happened, the submit box is grayed out.

Thanks for your response. If the issue still persists, try accessing the
Refund Request page on another device. The issue could be related to the actual devices ability to connect to the website.

Please let us know how this goes.
