Cannot request case review

I was issued a suspension 6/29/17 -6/30/17 pm for 'Communication'. I have tried to request case review while this was an active enforcement but never had the selection 'Apply for Review' available. I was on with nice woman in Support for 30 minutes -
she was unable to help me find a way to contact Enforcement or to request a review (although she tried to help). This is now no longer an active enforcement (just passed the deadline). How can I contact enforcement - very frustrating to be instructed to
select the active enforcement from enforcement history and then choose 'Apply for Review' - I went to enforcement history, this was the only item, it was listed as active, I could click on the orange box with the orange hammer for the 'Enforcement Detail',
but nowhere was there an option to request a case review (nor was I able to enforcement item itself for a link). Now the action is no longer active, and the box is black with an orange hammer. Has anyone had any luck reaching the Enforcement people and,
if so, how did you do it? Thanks

Enforcement case review request

I’ve been banned for two months for no reason at all and when I go onto enforcement it says the last time I’ve been banned was in may 2017

Ban Error

I didn't receive an email, and I cannot request a case review because the suspension has already been "lifted" even though I cannot access communication in party chat, messages, or game chat.

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team, but they do not review 24 hours suspensions which is why you were not given that option. The review takes longer than the suspension lasts.

that's because the website is broken asf, it's not just you it's their sub-par service (as usual) they provide, it doesn't work for me 99.9% of the time either, I think that's probably the intention to make it difficult - it's been like this for years btw,
so don't expect any change - they will continue banning and suspending people with no method of actually challenging the verdict available 'anywhere' - if you submit a 'case review' (just fyi) they see that as insubordination and issue a harder suspension
(heads up) if you were thinking about doing that, best is just to educate the morons on here that see reporting people as part of 'xbox live'.

I'm afraid you got some bad information, then. Xbox Live Support has no method of dealing with suspensions, and Enforcement has no e-mail address that users can respond to. The Enforcement team did use the forums in the timeframe that these suspensions
were issued, but they do not any longer. Again, since they are from 2011, there is nothing they can do about them.
