    Cannot Request a Replacement Controller for Elite Series 2


    I have spent the last 2 weeks trying all different ways of contacting customer support because whenever I try to request a replacement controller for my Elite Series 2, that is unusable because of stick drift, the website errors out and doesn't let me
    continue. I have been told through customer service chat that some servers are down and I should try back in a couple of hours. I have tried for 2 weeks. I have tried getting Microsoft to call me but every time I get connected with a representative they can't
    hear me and hang up. Someone please help me. I just want a working $200 controller. I can provide screenshots of what goes wrong when requesting the replacement.

    Turns out, the Xbox Elite Series 2 controller needed to be replaced.

    This did not work, I also noticed that if I shut off the XBOX One X it disconnects this controller and I have to reconnect it on startup. This does not happen with my other controllers just the Elite series 2 one.. I'll request a replacement

    Since the Elite Series 2 has the battery built in, then you cannot change them. If the controller is constantly disconnecting, and you have no issues with your other controllers, then you are better off taking it back and either get a replacement or money
    back.

    cannot request replacement series 2 controller

    tried a service and repair order and when i get to the final step it brings me back to the start. i'm tired of reentering my info over and over and not work. my first elite controller lasted 4-5 years, this one barely 4 months. waste of $250
    Did same with me, use a different browser, would not work on chrome, had to use Edge (ugh) but it did got thru the final step.

    Xbox elite controller 2

    Each Elite controller series 2 comes with 1 set of paddles. You can order replacement paddles, thumbsticks etc.

    Series 1 paddles, thumbsticks is not compatible with series 2.
