    Cannot request a call for 3 months


    I have issues with my xbox controller and warranty , so i tried to connect to support but it says 'We’re unable to process your request for a call back. Please try again later.'. And it's been 3 months and i still can not connect to support and my problem is still not solved

    Hello Ranger,

    As mentioned above we recommend checking your order history. At the top you can change how far back it goes. It is 3 months, 6 months, and all. If still having issues, you can request a call from support to assist you.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Xbox live issue

    Hi Braiden302,

    Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums.

    The reason is that your original cycle was for 3 months tied to your Microsoft Account credit and you were trying to buy a new 1 month cycle which you cannot do since you cannot stack subscriptions in this way. You would need to extend your current 3 month
    cycle with another 3 month cycle. If you want a 1 month cycle, you would need to wait until the 3 month cycle expires (auto renew turned off) and then buy the 1 month and your new 1 month cycle will start from that date.

    To avoid confusion in the future, we recommend buying Xbox Live Gold pre-paid cards and not Xbox Store gift cards since this counts as a payment option and Xbox Live Gold is an auto-renewing subscription on rolling cycles. If you do not have the right amount
    of funds on your account or if you want to purchase a new cycle, using your Microsoft account to get a subscription is not the best method.

    If you are still having trouble renewing your subscription, I recommend requesting a callback from customer support to assist you with your subscription.

    3. Select See other options
    4. Select Payment & Billing
    5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
    6. Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand have issue with gamepass subscription. What has happened is since the month is over the subscription has renewed for the 3 months at original price. You would be best to request a call from support as
    they will be able to look at the account with you.

    When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
