    Cannot reply to Messages on Xbox One


    Started a couple of weeks ago, I receive messages but cannot reply. I have not received any advice from Microsoft about suspension, not that I have sent any messages that would warrant a suspension anyway, and the Xbox Enforcement web page has been down
    for over a week now so I cannot check to see if I have been suspended.

    I have checked all my settings, privacy settings etc. and all is good.

    Any suggestions ?

    Thanks for the quick reply. I've tried a different HDMI and just get a message saying This Source is Not Connected. Please check the connection again. The message goes after a couple of seconds. I also refreshed the page. I cannot try a different tv
    for the time being. I believe my Xbox One is an original box.
