Cannot renew my Xbox Live subscription.

My 12 month Live subscription just ended on the 25th and I decided to renew it today. Unforunatley every single time I attempt to renew it, either on a computer or on the Xbox One itself, it encounters an error of some sort and says "Something went wrong".
I have tried multiple times and am at a loss, I just bough two new games that need the internet to even install for whatever reason and would love to play! Not sure if this is helpful at all because it wasn't showing up earlier but the error code I get is

Cannot play NBA2k16

I get a message to Sign in or renew the subscription

It looks like your not signed in as the subscription holder for this game. Sign in to Xbox live or renew the subscription in the xbox store (0X803f900a).

I renewed my xbox live subscription last week, and still cannot play this game.

 

Xbox Music Trial - different payment option

Seems to be Xbox Music related. It messed up my Xbox Live Gold membership. I was only able to start a new free trial, and cannot start or renew my yearly subscription to Xbox Live Gold.

 

A little update: I have been attempting to renew my subscription all day and have gotten slightly further than here. I got to the page where I have to add my credit card information, and I did so, but the state/province box has no provinces whatsoever
in it, so I can't complete my renewal. This is just getting really frustrating and none of the xbox webpages are loading properly, taking literally minutes to load a single page. I just want to play a game that I already bought.
