Discus and support cannot renew 1 month for 4.99 cad sale in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; when i go to buy it on sale it say "something went wrong on our end" and try again which i have. my card works. does my live need to be up to get this...     when i go to buy it on sale it say "something went wrong on our end" and try again which i have. my card works. does my live need to be up to get this sale? any info would help cheers.

    can't renew my subscription for 4.99$ cad?

    not sure why but when i try to get the half off sale on 1 month gold, it says "something went wrong on our end" and try again. i have multiple times and my card is working. do i have to wait for gold to run out to purchase? not sure id appreciate any info.
