Cannot remove developer app

Somehow a developer app was installed on my xbox(along with a number of others I did not install or even knew were installed. Tried resetting both ways and it still is there. It is invisible to me but when I go through setup after a reset I get a notification saying that it is installed and I need to remove it if I want it to work right (paraphrasing). It is invisible to me so I gave up and bought a series s but it got installed on there. I used my account to login but said to not copy anything over. Due to other factors I am sure I am being hacked. I don't know why, I'm poor and mind my own business so if I made enemies its either the color of my skin or bullies just like to bully.. I know a little more about networking and computers than most but this is way beyond my expertise. I did learn alot from getting around everything but whoever is doing this is breaking the law bigtime. And i just want to be able to play my games. I have many questions, too many to list so whatever you think would be effective I'd appreciate whatever you could share. Thank you

What do you mean by developer apps?
are you referring to an app called Xbox Insider Hun or similar?

Do you remember if you joined to the Xbox insider program?
Check if you can leave the program following steps below:

Sign in and launch the Xbox Insider Hub app on Xbox or Windows devices.
From within the Xbox Insider Hub app, select Settings from the side menu.
From within Settings, select Manage account and then Close account.

The previous is just to leave the insider program, here’s the official FAQ about this:

Since it's HBO Microsoft / Xbox cannot update it. It's up to the Developer of the app to update it Microsoft has no control over the app.

I literally cannot find the app anywhere! Has it been removed?

Cannot remove Microsoft edge u can hide the app by unpinning from home but it will always show in the apps part.

I can say that Ultimate MK 3 is because the got game removed awhile back. Well before the the current system was put into place and the developers do not own the rights to the game. So it cannot be reuploaded to the servers and a new cover cannot be made.
