Cannot reinstall xbox fitness

hi,

I had some problem with xbox fitness, so I tried to remove an install again. now the is game still on the console, its icon greyed out, seems it is half removed, so no option to install it again (uninstall is still there but does not do anything), when i
press play nothing happens. any solution for this?

XBox Fitness won't launch

Hello! Another desperate user here... I was gettin a black screen and the message:

FitCloud Server Error - Xbox Fitness is unavailable at this time as we cannot...

I tried another Xbox One in the office, loaded my profile, and in the office I was able to play Xbox Fitness.

Desperate, I arrived home, did a factory reset, loaded my profile, installed Xbox Fitness again and...

Ta-daah!!!! It worked!

I know it is not the best solution but... Try a factory reset, reload your profile and reinstall the game. And of course, reinstall all the content you had on your console.

 

Xbox Fitness - FitCloud Server Error

I installed Xbox Fitness on the first day I got my Xbox which was Nov. 22nd and once started I got after the green Xbox Fitness startscreen for about 5 seconds a black screen before seeing the following error message: FitCloud Server Error Xbox Fitness
is unavailable at this time as we cannot connect to token service. I also get 2 options: either "Retry" which just leads to the same screen and "Exit Xbox Fitness" Add: My Internet connection is working as I can download and install games as well as watch
movies I have an Xbox Live Gold membership Please help me to resolve this problem as Since i saw it first on Nov. 22nd I tried several times to start Xbox Fitness again with the same result (error message above) ... I also tried to reinstall it already. Many
