cannot register xbox one s for futrure repair services

The accessory devices do not have specific registration on your Microsoft Account. You can only register Xbox Consoles and Kinects to your account.

Hi, I have basicly the same problem, but my bumper is already falling ot of the controller!

Problem is, i can't register my controller, in fact you cannot register any Xbox accessories for repair and service

So what am I supposed to do now?

You don't need to register controllers individually, you would only need the serial number of requesting a repair. Controllers are considered "accessories" under the console, so if you need to have one repaired or serviced, you would initiate repair via
the console, and then select "Accessory" at the appropriate step. Hope that answers your question!
