    This is a windows error not an Xbox error so you would be better off Googling/Binging up possibles fixes for this, there are lots of hits for that exact error message

    Have you tried a Google or bing search for it? That would be the 1st place I would look.

    Have you tried using the Microsoft Edge app, instead of the Bing app, or vice versa?

    So long as you're signed into Bing search on your mobile device, the searches will count as mobile searches.

    This means you can even use Google Chrome/Safari/Mozilla Firefox or any other non Microsoft browser to do these searches, so long as you're signed into Bing before you do the searches, they will register as mobile searches.

    I also have tried using different browsers such as Google Chrome, Bing and Microsoft Edge which came to the same conclusion.
