    I bought a game about an hour ago on my computer because I had it on my xbox but not my computer. I decided that I wanted to get a different version of the game and tried to refund it but I was not able to. I just got it and hardly used it.

    I paid seventy dollars for a game and got the xbox one edition instead, I requested a refund and they denied it

    The automatic refund system requires that you play the game before asking for a refund, as you cannot play the game, you cannot get a refund. You will have to contact customerservice@ https://support.xbox.com.

    I cannot possibly satisfy this condition since the reason I'm requesting a refund is because I cannot launch the game to begin with!
