Cannot redownload

    Cannot redownload


    hello all, I upgrade to the Xbox one on the day of release and have been on that since. I recently gave my 360 to my son, I have managed to redownload certain games such as Doritos crash course and even shadow run. But for whatever reason it will not let
    me download resident evil 4.

    I purchased the games years ago, and once I click on resident dvil 4 it begins to download. Once it hits 100% it disappears and I have to redownload it again... It's a vicious cycle. Any help would be appreciated Cannot redownload :)

    So i tried t connect to the internet but it didnt let me. I deleted my profile and when i tried to redownload it from x/live it said that profiles cannot be downloaded, at the bottom it said the code
    800704cd. Please help!!

    did that, as thats how i had done it before, nothing is listed there now. bought these around5 months ago

    Hey there! It's sounding like these were purchased using another profile. Please check other profiles on the console and see if some of those are able to do the redownload.

    Go to the "accounts" tile on the right of your dash & you should be able to re download the game from your download history there.

    Hey mate, where are you going to download them again? If you have purchased them previously they should show up in your download history.

    to view your Xbox LIVE purchase history on your console:

    1.Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

    2.Go to Settings and select Account.

    3.Select Download History. The items that you've downloaded are listed.
