Cannot redeem Xbox Live Gold because not live region. Any way to bypass that?

Hello. I bought a Xbox Live Gold Membership for 3 Months. The Problem is that i cannot redeem the Code. Redeemed other codes including a 14 Day Trial. The fact that I'm from Romania a country that is not Xbox Live region wasn't a problem. Now it seems it
is.

Every time i try to redeem the code i get the Message "Something went wrong Sorry about that. Please try again later."

I contacted Microsoft Support and they told me players from other non xbox live regions made it possibile to redeem codes altought they where not in a Xbox Live region.

Is there indeed a way to bypass the Region Problem? I wouldn't want to return the code as i want to continue to play online.

Changing REGION! Help me!

Hello, I just bought an Xbox 360. I used my old account to login to Xbox Live. Unfortunately that account region was not my local one. Now I can't redeem any code, because of restricted region. What should I do, how can I change it?

P.S. I can't even redeem my Xbox live 1 month gold member card.

Xbox Live Gold

Hello everyone

Unfortunately, I cannot buy Xbox Live Gold because the system is telling me, that it is not available in my region. Why not? Where can I find all the regions, where Xbox Live Gold is available? Thanks for help.

Gold is only available in certain regions unfortunately.

If you are outside these regions, you would need to find another unsupported way to access Gold services unfortunately this cannot be explained on the official forums, as this is bypassing restrictions that have been put in place.

You shouldn't be playing with your money like this

Unless you arenr in an xbox live region you should use your actual region

And xbox 360 games are mostly region locked so if you try and redeem games with gold 360 games it won't work

And bypassing the marketplace locks to get a better deal can violate the rules

I spend same amount money for Gold subscription as people who live in U.S do, but I can't get free games like them. Why ? Because of this region restriction.

Xbox One is totally free region console, why this restriction is still there ? I've been asking live support for years but there's no chance has been made.

Bypassing this is the only way to getting free games or buying some region blocked Xbox 360 games. You guys are living in the US or Xbox live supported regions so this's way too normal. But to me and people who are playing Xbox One, spend same amount of
money for gold member like you but can't get what we deserve with well-spent money.

How understanding are you ?
