There's a few different places you can redeem your code. I would suggest trying each of them before "trying again later". You can redeem it here, on the website. You can also redeem it on your 360 or Xbox One console. If neither works, and the code still
cannot be redeemed, even at at later time, I suggest taking the situation up with Xbox Support.

And what error message do you receive when trying to redeem the code?

You cannot redeem trial codes for game pass if you ever had game pass on your account before. Doesn't matter if it is from a promotion, trial period or purchased.

But if you never had game pass on your account in the past, you need to contact the seller of this code. Xbox is not responsible for unofficial third party resellers' codes.

thank you for your response but the only thing is the pass that we redeemed when it downloaded after that the 4 characters started dowloadin and later that day when i went back to my settings than storage and clicked mortal kombat it showed me that all 4
characters were dowloaded, but i cannot see the characters in the game any suggestions on how i can see them?

Just to be clear. Is YouTube offering the Game Pass code for you or are you trying to redeem the YouTube Premium that Game Pass Ultimate offers? If it's a code that YouTube offers, you're going to have to get in touch with them.

Nah bro just copied the code from the game pass app and redeemed on the redeem website in like 10 seconds with no issues, also told some friends from other countries and no issues either, maybe redeem there or try on console or contact live support or try to redeem it at a later time honestly, good day ✌🏻
