I had the same problem, which was really confusing for me to start with, I couldn't do anything online because the xbox one wanted me to accept updated terms and conditions to start with, when it did this I got a error which stopped me connecting to live, and although I could browse the web I couldn't get on the live service

to get round this I went to the xbox live account on my pc and accepted them there - it then worked instantly.

however from previous threads it seems like your already on live.

We determined that you got these trial codes through the Wrigley promotion. The Skittles FAQ states that they must be redeemed by 10/31/14. This means that any codes you tried to redeem after would no longer be
valid.

i am having the same issue, i brought several of these codes through ebay and used a few. now i am getting this error. i'm guessing i cut my losses and go buy more?

 

pues este problema perjudica a muchos gamers que tienen la consola por que te compras un juego que de por si en mi pais es caro para que los codigos no de eso no es justo me gustaria que arreglaran ese tipo de problemas
