    Cannot redeem the GOW 1-3 and the judgment


    I bought the Xbox one S Gears of War 4 bundle - 500GB during the thanksgiving week. The GOW 4 case came with the codes of 4 games of GOW, 1-3 and the judgment. I set my account in exactly the same region as where I bought the game from (US). However, I
    cannot redeem any of them. And it said an unexpected error has occurred and they will investigate. And it seems that the codes will be expired on January 1st, 2017. I got frustrated by this problem...

    Can't redeem my codes for Gears of War 1 and 3 in Canada

    Hello,

    I recently purchased the Xbox one S Gears of War 4 bundle in Canada. GoW 4 includes 4 redeem codes for GoW 1, 2, 3, and Judgment. The codes for GoW 2 and Judgment worked fine, but both GoW 1 and GoW 3 gave me "you can't acquire this item in your currently
    selected language" when I tried to redeem them in the console, and "Something went wrong" when I tried to redeem them in my Microsoft Account. I tried to change the language settings, but the error persist. I would appreciate some help.

    Today I receive the GOW and GOW 2 redeem codes only, still missing the GOW 3 and GOW Judgment.

    OK, but other games don't have this problem, like GoW 2 and GoW Judgment. My region is Spain. Only GoW 1 and GoW 3 have this problem.
